Parent Volunteer Opportunities
At Birth and Beyond, we prioritize parent involvement. When parents actively participate in their child's education, it helps motivate the child and boost their self-esteem. To facilitate parent involvement, we offer several opportunities for parents to get involved.
Mystery Reader
We invite parents to participate in our Mystery Reader program. This involves parents coming in during our large group sessions and reading their child's favorite story or a story chosen by the teacher to the class. Sign-ups are taken every two weeks.
Saturday Park and Play
Once a month, parents are invited to join a Saturday Playdate on the playground of our facilities during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months (weather permitting). This is a great opportunity for parents to connect with one another while their children engage in play and socialize. Complimentary coffee, donuts, and fruit will be available for parents to enjoy.
